Strict Internal Monitoring

To protect the health of the employees, and at the same time, to clear the employees from doubts as required by the Control of Narcotics Hazards Act, the Bureau conducts unscheduled urine screening of the employees to see if they are using drugs illegally, and at the same time, to make sure that the environment is free from contamination.

To control and protect the medicines, the Pharmaceutical Factory uses patrol vans to transport medicines. The Factory is also fully barb-wired, the warehouses are heavily guarded, and entry and exit are controlled by palm-printers. The Factory area, warehouses and major operation sites are videotaped. Work is double-checked. The Office of Anti-Corruption joins the local health bureaus to destroy unqualified products. They are checked by the Divisions of License Management, and Inspection and Control, and Offices of Accounting, and Anti-Corruption.
