Review and issuance of controlled drug registration licenses and prescription licenses, relevant management tasks. Review and licensing of the export, import, and manufacture of controlled drugs, issuance of authorization permits. Issuance and management of controlled drugs transportation voucher. Signing of international approval documents in connection with the export and import of controlled drugs. Compilation and analysis of controlled drug licenses approval statistics and export, import, and manufacturing data. Collection of national controlled drugs registration system and scheduling data, development of a scheduling system for controlled drugs, staff duties for the Controlled Drug Review Committee. Review of use of Schedule 1 and 2 controlled drugs by medical organizations in addiction treatment programs and trial drug education and research projects, acquisition of addiction treatment drugs. Publication of information concerning relevant acts and regulations, implementation of education, awareness, and training workshop matters.
