| National Anti-Drug Policy and Division of Labor |
The "Central Anti-Drug Report"
has been instituted to establish national
anti-Drug
policy based on cutting off supply ,
lowering demand, and reducing harm to
establish four directions
for the promotion of anti-drug policy, generally divided among three government institutions:
narcotics seizure (judiciary), refusal
(Ministry of Education),drug prevention
and rehabilitation (Department of
Health). Major focus points are as follows: |

Seizure: |
| |
1.Unify the strengths of all drug
seizure institutions.
2.Integrate crime prevention, tighten
inspection systems.
3.Investigate drug sales, implement
"Money Laundering Prevention Law."
4.Tighten investigation and seizure
of “replacement” drugs.
5.Expand and strengthen international
cooperation. |

1.Expand anti-drug guidance, integrate
resources.
2.Strengthen teacher training and anti-drug
education.
3.Expand youth leisure facilities and
guidance to reduce the 4.temptation
of drugs.
5.Establish drug screening for high-risk
groups.

Drug Prevention: |
| |
1.Establishing mechanisms for reporting
and analyzing information of drug
abuse, and setting up a anti-drug
database.
2.Consolidate a leading control program
on chemicals and industrial materials
to eliminate drugs manufacturing.
3.Consolidate the monitoring and
early alert system on the use of controlled
Substance to prevent the hazard of
new synthetic drugs |

Rehabilitation: |
| |
Implement "Statute for the Narcotics
Hazard Control Narcotics Damage
Prevention Law," establish drug rehabilitation system.
1. Plan and establish enforced rehabilitation centers.
2. Plan and establish rehabilitation administration centers.
3. Plan and establish follow-up counseling system.
